Hello folks! Thanks for visiting my new blog. Today, I am sharing a story of an enticing drink that will perfectly blend into your summer demands. Are you a crazy food enthusiast  just like me? Then this blog is especially for you.

The crowded roads, the reverent sound of the azan, and authentic Mughal dishes are enough to make you stop by the Matia Mahal lane of Jama Masjid, again and again. I know, on these scorching days, you are certainly craving something incredible and refreshing. How about a drink? Not an ordinary one, it's the drink of love. Yes, you read it right. It's none other than Mohabbat Ka sharbat or Mohabbat e sharbat, called by the Delhiites.

Love can be found in the joy of a shared experience, the warmth of a hug, and the beauty of a smile. But here love is in the drink. The story Mohabbat Ka Sharbat starts at the lane of Matia Mahal of Old Delhi. Near Jama masjid, among the Que of thousands of sellers, the one with the oldest board is where this must-have coolant stamps its originality. A man named Nawab Qureshi, a native of Uttar Pradesh, widely known by Pyar Mohabbat Sharbat Wala set off to Delhi 25 years back. His unrequited love became the reason behind the existence of this innovation. Heartbreaks sometimes come out as a boon for some people, isn't it? Back then, nawab used to serve this magical coolant for Rs. 2 or 3 per glass, presently you can get this love potion for a mere price of INR 15 per glass.

At home, I considered giving it a shot as well, so I made this excellent coolant. It turned out fantastically! everyone admired it. Imagine how amazing it will taste in Matia Mahal? Right now, just thinking about it makes me thirsty.

Mostly on hot days, Nawab's shop brims with customers. If you are planning to travel to Old Delhi, besides savoring niharis and kebabs of this old city, don't forget to set a reminder for Nawab's Mohabbat e Sharbat
